Design & Tender Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal team in Singapore liaise with customers / consultants on day to day basis
• Preparation of project documents including BQ
• Handling Design & Build projects
• Prepare optimised design solutions for projects
• Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout)
• Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc.
• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently
• Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time
• Ensure drawings & documents are well maintained & stored in a timely manner
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc
• Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred
• Familiarity in BIM (Revit / Navisworks) is advantageous
• Having consultancy experience is preferred
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
