A passionate design-sales account manager who derives great joy from introducing innovative and beautiful glass finishes and solutions to high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Working in our team you will have the opportunity to offer a wide range of products and services, particularly more complex customised glass features that would require some design input from you and your colleagues in the Design Team.
The role requires a keen eye for design, ability to learn quickly about the medium of glass, and a strong motivation to win more customers and sales both locally and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Attend preliminary sales and site meetings-to obtain drawings and design brief from client
- Build and maintain good rapport with Synergraphic Design's clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors and owners
- Conduct research for reference material on designs to keep abreast of the latest design trends
- Be involved in the preliminary creative process leading to the final presentation of proposals, including visuals and models
- Prepare marketing kit prior to presentation of proposals to Synergraphic Design's clients including samples.
- Maintain client account relationships while work order is being processed and fulfilled by our project and production team to ensure overall successful project completion to clients satisfaction
Technical Skills
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business, Interior Design or equivalent
- Preferable 5 years sales experience in related design / high-end building material / soft furnishing fields
- Must have a good eye for design
- Ability to read architectural drawings will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Not afraid to deal with difficult clients and able to manage clients despite any challenges faced
- Open to opportunities to travel
