Job Description

Role Overview: Infinity is seeking a Design/Project Manager (Commercial Interiors) to plan, execute, and lead commercial interior projects from concept through completion. This position is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and is passionate about delivering spaces that inspire and engage people.

Key Responsibilities:

. Project Coordination: Manage all phases of commercial interior projects-from initial design development through on-site execution and project close-out.

. Design Leadership: Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align creative concepts with client objectives and brand identity.

. Resource Management: Strategically allocate and manage resources-team members, budgets, and timelines-to ensure successful project outcomes across multiple APAC locations.

. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact build enduring client relationships and maintain clear, proactive communication on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.

. Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce strict design and building standards, codes, and best practices specific to commercial interiors.

. Risk & Issue Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential project risks swiftly address challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

. Budget Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, maintaining alignment with financial targets and resource allocations.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Education: Bachelor's degree or Dip in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

. Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in project management or design management, with a strong background in commercial interiors.

. Regional Insight: Demonstrated understanding of APAC market specifics, including local regulations, cultural nuances, and industry standards.

. Technical Proficiency: Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).

. Leadership: Skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams and building cohesive project workflows.

. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders at all levels.

. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for quickly resolving project issues and adapting to evolving requirements in fast-paced environments.

. Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management qualifications are advantageous.
