Design Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and facilitate design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Oversee the development of design concepts that align with project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective coordination of design activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other departments to integrate architectural designs into overall project objectives.
• Ensure alignment with project constraints, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for design projects, including design briefs, specifications, and project reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design leadership with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations and project constraints.
