THE OPPORTUNITY

Were on the lookout for a Design Manager, someone whos not just creative, but visionary. A creative thinker and doer with a natural eye for trends, culture, and storytelling. Someone who leads with imagination and energy, inspiring teams to push the boundaries of whats possible.

Youll take charge of the design vision across projects, lead and grow a team of talented designers, and collaborate across strategy, client solutions, and production to turn ideas into head-turning, conversation-starting campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and lead the creative and design direction across projects and campaigns.
• Create visually compelling presentation materials that sell ideas and spark excitement.
• Champion design innovation that is grounded in cultural relevance and brand strategy.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate insights into powerful design executions.
• Inspire and mentor a team of designers to consistently elevate creative quality.
• Oversee timelines and design deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high standards.
• Push boundaries to ensure everything we put out is fresh, bold, and on-brand.

WHO YOU ARE

• A strategic creative leader with 5+ years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in an agency setting.
• Passionate about design, culture, and making things that people talk about.
• Experienced in leading and motivating a creative team, with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you&aposre skilled in motion or digital A.I. tools.
• Strong in conceptual thinking, storytelling, and pitching ideas with clarity and flair.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving creative environment.
• Experience in the tech industry is a PLUS.
