Design Manager (Interior Design)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design team.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and manage budgets.
• Act as primary client liaison and manage all expectations.
• Drive creative design strategy and overall vision.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to all standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Min. 5 years experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio of completed design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite etc.
• Excellent leadership and client communication skills.
