Lead all visual design work from concept creation to execution, turning creative briefs into design solutions while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsible for high-quality and integrated visual design of all online and offline content: branding, campaign content, promotional materials, exhibition materials, social media, packaging, internal communication, motion design and all other visual design work (excluding website design).
Work closely with Marketing Campaigns team and other internal stakeholders, understanding their needs to deliver on-brief content.
Familiar with the printing processes and procedures, and responsible for following up the post-production of printed materials.
Familiar with A/V production, providing direction and input for video creation.
Company steward of VIS & brand identity of Life Science Group and Company Brand (GenScript BioTech Corporation), in charge of consistency of all content design across different touchpoints.
Oversee the design team's engagement, capability development and performance assessment while inspiring them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in design related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in visual design with comprehensive design portfolio including online and offline designs, and experience in project or team management.
Proficient in Adobe series design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), mastering Figma, Sketch and other UI/UX design tools is preferred.
Excellent aesthetic ability and design thinking, with the ability to work from concept creation to execution.
Understanding of AI applications in the design field (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, etc.), relevant project experience is preferred.
Communication and Collaboration: good cross-departmental communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Maintain a keen understanding of the design industry, digital technology and user experience trends, and continue to improve design skills.
Good reading, writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Successful cases of brand design or large-scale projects are preferred.
Experience and skills in video editing, motion design, etc. are preferred.
