Lead the design process across all project phases.
Coordinate and review all design related matters with Client, Consultant, Subcontractor and Authorities.
Participate in the design planning process during tendering and project planning stages.
Review and approve design deliverables, and to ensure that it complies with the project requirements and local code of practice for design implementation.
Oversees and manage a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure that all design drawings are completed within the stipulated deadline.
Resolve all design related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Ensure that design related quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8years of relevant experience in Marine, Coastal or Offshore projects
Must possess valid PE certificate recognized in Singapore
Extensive knowledge of local code of practice for design implementation.
