(Senior) Design Manager Premium Co-Living & Student Accommodation - Singapore

A Singapore-based developer specialising in high-end, hospitality-led co-living and student housing projects is seeking a (Senior) Design Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You'll partner closely with the Head of Design to take visionary concepts from initial ideas through to flawless on-site delivery. This is hands-on execution: coordinating external design consultants, architects, FF&E specialists, project managers and contractors to ensure every detail of the hospitality-grade experience lands as intended.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into technical design packages, specifications and schedules.
• Manage fragmented external design teams and supply chains to protect design intent.
• Oversee site coordination, quality control and contractor handovers for premium finishes and spatial flow.
• Drive brand consistency across multiple projects in the competitive Singapore market.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in interior design/architecture, ideally from hospitality, co-living, PBSA or high-end residential consultancy / client-side roles.
• Proven ability to execute complex projects end-to-end through external teams.
• Strong technical skills (AutoCAD/Revit, specs, FF&E procurement) + commercial awareness.
• Singapore-based
• Mandarin preferred
