DESIGN EXECUTIVE (PRECAST COMPONENTS)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for on-time delivery of technical plans, drawings, designs and the relevant details for tenders, submissions, construction and other pre and post project purposes

- Prepare on-time precise drawings and quantity form for contracts administration and production use

- Monitor the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawings between team member and clients representative

- Explore, recommend and implement improvements and preventive measure for design and drawing efficiency.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil / Structural / Environmental Engineering, Engineering Drafting or its equivalent

- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM (Tekla)

- 3-D Modelling an advantage

- Good and proven experience in precast components design

- Familiar with HDB standard precast details

- Working closely and coordinating with main contractors, architects and CS consultants

- 5-working day a week.
