Responsibilities
- Prepare design and construction drawings, 3D/4D renderings, and other related deliverables in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Produce graphic design materials and presentation visuals as requested.
- Support the Executive Designer in the development and coordination of design concepts.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
- Ensure all drawings and deliverables are technically accurate and aligned with project specifications.
- Contribute creative and practical input to the overall concept development of new products and design solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant external parties, including clients and regulatory authorities, to support project requirements and approvals.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Designer/Drafter in the marine industry or landed residential projects, preferably in the fit-out sector.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Good knowledge of architectural materials, installation methods, and fit-out processes; exposure to marine projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
