Design Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment Maker)

Responsibilities

. Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment

. Document engineering improvements for future reference

. Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment

. Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design

. Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues

Requirements

. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

. More than 3 years of experience in setting up automation equipment

. Process good knowledge of electro mechatronic systems

. Able to travel overseas for field support when required
