Job Description & Requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out civil / structural design (knowledge in steel structure preferred)
- Prepare calculations / plans for submission to Main Contractor.
- Prepare shop drawings.
- Manage projects design
- Liaising with internal stakeholder on work procedure and design implications.
- Attend Projects & Consultants Meetings
- Providing technical advice
- Liaising with relevant professional staff such as Main Contractor's ERSS QP/ AC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Register Structural Steel Engineer (StEr) (Preferred)
- Familiar with Eurocode (Preferred)
- Background in construction design (Preferred)
- Familiar with Steel Structure design
- Familiar with Euro Code
- Familiar with Engineering Software
- Familiar with Autocad
- IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Good command of written and spoken English
