Design Engineer (Civil & Structural)

Job Responsibilities:

• Engineering Design: Perform civil and structural engineering design work specifically for Good Class Bungalows.
• Structural Analysis: Conduct analysis on structural components using engineering software.
• Code Compliance: Ensure structural designs adhere to BS/EU codes of practice for bungalows.
• Concept Design: Develop efficient and economical structural concept designs.
• Meetings: Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Liaison: Work with government authorities to facilitate project approvals.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Project Director and management regarding project status and updates.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in structural design.
• Attitude: Good working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local design standards and codes.
• Software Proficiency: Well-versed in various design software.
