Design & review 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for ACMV system (piping and ducting).
Prepare design calculations (green mark), drawings and technical specifications.
Ensure all drawings are compliant with project specifications, Singapore fire code and authority requirements.
Knowledge on technical calculation such as heating load, cooling load, electrical load and equipment sizing (duct static, pump head, duct and pipe size, etc).
Understand external static pressure calculation.
Perform interference, clash checking within own models and/or against other disciplines.
Work closely with the project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings.
Any other duties that assign from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Preferably experience with ACMV design and build projects in various industries such as commercial, industrial, data centre, etc.
Good technical knowledge on Mechanical process piping system.
Experience with BIM modelling coordination.
Proficient in MS Office / MEP Revit / AutoCAD / Naviswork.
Able to work independently and good team player.
Self driven, take ownership and thrive in delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
