We are seeking an exceptional Design Director to act as the creative and commercial lead of the studio. You will deliver major design and delivery initiatives, champion a culture of innovation, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Drive design excellence across large-scale, complex projects, setting the creative vision and ensuring rigorous execution.
• Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for key client and stakeholder relationships, building long-term trust and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Studio Growth: Contribute directly to business development efforts—identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and strengthening the firm's presence across Asia-Pacific.
• Team Development: Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in internationally recognized design practices.
• Project Expertise: A strong portfolio of large-scale mixed-use and hospitality projects, ideally across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
• Client Acumen: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, navigate high-pressure environments, and translate client needs into compelling design narratives.
• Commercial Instinct: Experience contributing to business development, including winning work, scoping, and building lasting client partnerships.
