Design Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating design and site activities, ensuring smooth project execution from drawing submission to on-site implementation.

Job description and responsibilities

• Coordination between architectural, structural, E & M and interior design both on drawings and actual site condition

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and manage full sets of shop drawings for submission, fabrication, and site works

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and site requirements

• Provide technical support and resolve coordination issues during project execution

• Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects

• At least 3-5 year experience in interior fitting out works, furnishing or construction field

• Solid knowledge of interior fitting-out detailing and work sequencing

• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory) experience in 3ds Max, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is an advantage

• Knowledge in BIM and working experience in 5-star hotels is much preferable

• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure
