Collaborating with clients, architects, government agencies and stakeholders to create functional and aesthetic design results as per conceptual design.
Incorporating technical specifications and safety standards into design plans and details.
Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
Reviewing and modifying designs based on feedback from clients, government agencies and stakeholders.
Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
Supervise BIM modelers to produce structural & architectural shop drawings
Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities code and standards.
Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.
Requirements:
Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (related to construction)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
