We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Consultant, Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing creative team.
This multifaceted role combines design project coordination, marketing strategy, and event planning, ideal for a candidate with strong organisational and communication skills seeking to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.
The position plays a vital role in managing client projects, supporting design development, coordinating marketing campaigns, and executing both internal and client-facing events that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Project Coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand their design needs, brand identity, and project objectives.
- Support the design team in developing and presenting creative concepts, mock-ups, and proposals.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project fulfilment.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client communication.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms.
- Create and manage promotional content, marketing materials, and brand assets.
- Oversee social media updates, photography sessions, and campaign performance tracking.
- Provide creative input to strengthen brand storytelling and communication.
Events Coordination
- Plan, organise, and manage corporate, promotional, and community events.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements, setup, and on-site management.
- Work with the marketing and design team to conceptualise event themes and branding.
- Ensure events are delivered smoothly, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
- Liaise with clients and partners to ensure high-quality event experiences.
Quality & Process Management
- Apply structured project and process management practices to all design and event projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in creative workflows and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership input to enhance teamwork, safety, and overall excellence.
Job Requirements:
- O-Level qualification or higher in Design, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or event management.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn creative tools and brand systems.
