Derivatives Lawyer

Our client is an international law firm looking to hire a Senior/Managing Associate for their Derivatives & Structured Products team. You will advise on wide variety of financial markets products, specialising in structured products, derivatives and structured finance solutions. The partner is ranked tier 1 and has significant international experience in sophisticated markets like London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. This role provides a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and career with a tier 1 practice, in a firm that has an international focus on asset management.

Requirements:

• Strong Academics (minimally 2:1)
• Singapore, Hong Kong or UK Qualified
• 2-10 PQE
• Experience in structured products, derivatives, and financial markets transactions is essential.
• You have gained working experience from another international law firm (ideally) or one of the top 4 local firms.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
