Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the operations in the timely matching, clearing and settlement of clients trades with Exchanges and Prime Brokers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to give an exception experience to the clients
- Ensure timely reporting to Exchanges & Regulators
- Participate actively in system enhancements, system upgrades and process automations to eliminate operational risks or enhance experience
- Involved in regular brainstorming to simplify operational processes through constant reengineering effort
- Develop and maintain operational policies, standards, frameworks, and procedures to best support the business
- Assist the Head of Operations to plan, prioritize, ideate, and implement new initiatives
- Willing to work shifts to support US or European hours
Requirements:
- Recognized diploma or degree from reputable polytechnics or universities
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of clearing, settlement, and margining processes
- Able to work independently with an open mind in your approach to problem-solving
- Able to interact and communicate effectively within and across business or/and support units
- Good IT knowledge and programming skills will be a highly considered.
