Job Responsibility:
- Oversee construction activities, progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
- Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk registers, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel-related documentation.
- Provide technical advice on works of Bridge/Tunnel, Underground Excavation and Tunnelling works
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
- Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment.
- Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
- Experience with LTA projects.
- Reporting to Tunnel Manager.
Qualifications/Job Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience after tertiary education in relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision of tunnelling works of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
- TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in handling tunneling projects.
- Ability to work under compressed air.
