- Oversee and coordinate civil construction activities, including earthworks, piling, structural concrete, drainage, roadworks, and temporary works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and approved sequences.
- Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance (WSH, MOM, LTA standards), conduct site inspections, and close out safety observations promptly.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams, coordinate interfaces with utilities, traffic management, M&E, architectural works, and other civil sections.
- Track daily productivity and construction progress, prepare reports for project management, and propose recovery plans or alternative methods to mitigate delays.
- Support technical and site engineering functions: review drawings, method statements, temporary works, resolve constructability issues, and oversee quality inspections and non-conformance resolution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of civil construction experience with excavation, reinforced concrete structures, temporary works, D-wall/Bored pile/ERSS, and traffic/drainage diversions.
- Strong knowledge of MOM, WSH regulations, and LTA specifications, with proven experience in LTA or main contractor projects (MRT, road, tunnel, viaduct, depot works).
- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills
