Deputy Regional Commercial Lead, Creator Growth

About the role
AnyMind Group's Creator Growth division builds brand solutions that sit around creators - connecting brands with the right creators, influencers, artists, affiliates, built on top of the production and AI capabilities that support them.

This role exists to raise the commercial standard of the businesses across the markets we operate in, with a large focus on Southeast Asia.

This role partners with our country leads. Together with the country leads, you will be accountable for the go-to-market plan (sales narrative, enablement plans, unit economics), how good the work is when it reaches a client, and whether the commercial story we tell holds together.

What you'll own

Strategy and the plan

- Co-own the commercial plan - built with each market lead. What we pursue, what we price, what we stop.

- Decide where growth actually comes from in each market, and make those choices explicit and defensible rather than implicit and inherited.

- Identify which service lines should transfer between markets - e.g. Thailand runs the production hub, or devise a hub and spoke model that leverages key specialties of each market (e.g. XHS for HK/MY).

Commercial rigor

- Bring real discipline to forecasting, pipeline hygiene and margin tracking in both markets.

- Own gross profit performance for our Brand Solutions & Affiliate segment.

- Establish the operating rhythm - the review cadence, the numbers that get looked at, and the standard for what a credible commercial plan contains.

Quality

- Own the standard of commercial output: pitch, narrative, proposal structure, account management.

- Raise the commercial capability of account managers and sales staff in both markets, working through their leads.

- Be the last set of eyes on the region's most important pitches before they reach a client.

Platform and client relationships

- Be a senior working-level counterpart to Google, YouTube, Meta and TikTok

- Convert platform referrals into durable clients.

- Represent AnyMind directly in selected major client and partner meetings, and own the engagement standard for our largest accounts.

What we're looking for

Essential

- 8+ years in commercial roles in digital media, creator/influencer, platform partnerships or agency - including experience spanning more than one market.

- Genuine P&L ownership. You have carried a revenue and margin number, not just a project plan or a partnership relationship.

- The instinct to raise a standard without taking over. You will make markets better by making their leaders better, and a candidate who fixes things by doing them personally will fail here.

- Real understanding of the creator economy in Southeast Asia - how MCNs make money, what platforms pay for, where the margin is and where it is illusory.

- Experience owning a major platform or global client relationship at working level, and comfort disagreeing with them constructively.

- Strong professional English. Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.

- Willing to travel regularly between Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Preferred

- Experience at or with YouTube, Google, Meta or TikTok on creator, partnership or agency-facing teams.

- Exposure across more than one of our lines - creator network, brand solutions, affiliate, commerce.

- Experience turning an underperforming commercial function around, with the numbers to show it.

- Existing relationships with regional MCNs, agencies or creator networks.
