Deputy Project Manager (IT Systems)

Responsibilities

. Contractual interface between the customer.

. Managing customers expectations and the relationship with clients and stakeholders.

. Managing cost and profitability, scheduling of projects and resource planning.

. Able to manage and control quality.

. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

. Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

. Plan resources availability and allocation.

. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.

. Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

. Vendors sourcing and evaluation. Negotiation with suppliers.

. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

. Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.

. Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.

. Minimum 7 years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT (VAPT etc), infrastructure, software integration

. Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.
