Our client is an established player in the construction and development industry with a strong pipeline of building and hospitality projects in Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of hospitality developments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the overall planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality / building projects from construction through completion.
- Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project targets.
- Oversee site progress, construction activities, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and relevant authorities to resolve technical and site issues.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, resources and overall progress to ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
- Manage project budgets, variations, procurement and cost-related matters.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to minimise delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building / construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
- Hospitality, hotel, commercial, residential or other large-scale building project experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination and contract administration.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Depending on project
- Working hours: 5.5 Days
- Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
