Job Responsibilities:
. Set clear objectives and targets for key project processes, ensuring consistency with strategic goals.
. Take charge of assignment of responsibilities to competent team members.
. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
. Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
. Assist the tasks assigned by the Project Manager/ Project Director.
Job Requirement:
. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
. Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience and and at least 6 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
. Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
