Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Overall Job Purpose:

To support business analytics and reporting for Sentosa Development Corporation, which oversees the masterplanning, development, management, marketing, and promotion of Sentosa island as a resort destination for locals and tourists.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse key Sentosa data such as tourist and local visitorship, revenue and guest insights, to support SDC in driving strategic and operational decisions.
• Review market trends and external data to do competitive analysis on Sentosa's performance and provide insights on potential areas of strategic growth.
• Deliver regular reports, business analysis and data insights to senior management, business line units and stakeholders (e.g. other businesses on Sentosa). This will involve presentations, written reports and external engagements.
• Oversee the systems and vendors that support the collection and analysis of this data.
• It will be advantageous, but not a requirement, if you can create data visualisations and dashboards through Tableau.

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required)

• Comfortable with numerical and data analysis
• Tertiary qualifications in any field of discipline
• 3-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Can-do attitude
• Good at stakeholder management, with the ability to create win-win solutions
• Attuned to the latest news, trends and thoughts, with interest in developing the leisure and tourism industry from a public sector lens
