Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth for our next-generation parking and smart mobility platform in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering a fully integrated smart mobility and access ecosystem-transforming parking into a dynamic multi-use asset.

The role will also incorporate sustainability and operational efficiency considerations, ensuring solutions align with evolving urban needs while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Expansion & Deal Origination

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and public sector developments
  • Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for integrated parking and smart mobility solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic prospects and partners

2. Solution Selling & Value Creation

  • Position integrated solutions (parking, access control, mobility, analytics) as drivers of revenue, efficiency, and user experience
  • Structure innovative commercial models (revenue-sharing, hybrid, asset-light partnerships)
  • Incorporate value-added elements such as EV readiness, smart energy usage, and improved traffic flow where relevant

3.Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

  • Build relationships with developers, asset owners, property managers, and public sector stakeholders
  • Navigate complex stakeholder and procurement environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions

4. Financial & Feasibility analysis

  • Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments for potential projects
  • Evaluate operational, regulatory, and commercial risks
  • Ensure proposals are financially viable while aligned with long-term asset optimization

5. Governance & Compliance Alignment

  • Ensure solutions align with Singapore's regulatory and urban planning frameworks
  • Maintain transparency in project assumptions, risk assessments, and contractual structures
  • Support internal reporting requirements where applicable

6. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

  • Monitor trends in smart mobility, parking, and urban infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities to enhance offerings through technology and data
  • Provide market insights support product development and innovation

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within :

Parking / mobility / transport solutions
Property / real estate / infrastructure

Smart city or technology-enabled services

  • Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in closing complex deals
  • Familiarity with Singapore market and regulatory environment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience in integrated solutions (parking + access + mobility + data)
  • Exposure to EV infrastructure, smart systems, or automation
  • Network with developers, REITs, or government-linked entities
  • Practical understanding of sustainability considerations in urban project (without being purely ESG-focused)

Success Metrics (KPIs) :

  • Revenue growth and deal value secured
  • Pipeline development and conversion rate
  • Number of strategic partnerships established
  • Project feasibility and execution success rate
  • Contribution to asset optimization and operational efficiency
