Work with an offshore team to lead, manage and track development items as per defined timelines. Perform reviews on deliverables to ensure on quality
Identify opportunities for improvements & propose technical/business solutions.
Guide and participate in the pre-Users/QA Testing, provide User Guides/Manuals, Release Notes, Manage User Onboarding and Conduct User Trainings as necessary.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information System /Computer Science or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Shipping environment, API interfaces to various operation systems
Experience in full-life cycle software development, including developing multi-tiered enterprise applications with Microsoft technologies
Self-motivated with a proven record of working in fast paced & time-sensitive project.
Good communication & interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving skills.
