Responsibilities
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR):
a. Lead and facilitate BPR, job redesign, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
b. Partner with Business Units to review endtoend processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
c. Leverage digital tools, automation, data analytics, and appropriate AIenabled solutions to improve process performance and decisionmaking.
d. Conduct process mapping, analysis, and risk identification to support improvement initiatives.
e. Maintain a structured repository of key processes, standards, and implemented improvements.
Continuous Improvement (CI):
a. Drive CI programmes across supported Business Units using Lean Six Sigma, structured problemsolving, and change management approaches.
b. Lead and facilitate CI and BPR projects that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, capacity, quality, and service performance.
c. Support and track the delivery of assigned Group savings targets arising from CI and BPR initiatives.
d. Work with Business Units and Finance to validate savings and monitor benefit realisation.
Group Balanced Scorecard (BSC):
a. Coordinate and consolidate Balanced Scorecard inputs from all Verticlas/ Business Units.
b. Track performance outcomes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
c. Followthrough on agreed actions to ensure timely closure and alignment with Group objectives.
Business Excellence & Certification Support:
a. Facilitate Business Excellence and ISOrelated activities and participate in internal audits and assigned certification exercises.
b. Coordinate with Business Units and stakeholders on audit related matters and documentation requirements.
c. Review and upkeep of management system documentation to support ISO alignment.
. Other Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirement
.Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Science, Business or a related discipline.
.Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics, operations, or lean environment, with handson involvement in CI and BPR initiatives. Exposure to Business Excellence/ISO, performance management, or Sustainability is an advantage.
.Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt (minimum) ISO Internal Auditor qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) with good knowledge/ exposure to AIenabled and data analytics tools.
.Working knowledge of Balanced Scorecard concepts
