Responsibilities
- This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
- Lead undergraduate admissions collaterals and social media marketing efforts, including content development, narrative crafting, and working with partner agencies on marketing-related initiatives.
- Oversee and manage undergraduate marketing communications efforts and campaigns to key stakeholders at every stage of the prospective students funnel.
- Conduct local outreach and grow strong relationships with key partner schools in Singapore, including participating in school fairs, campus visits and sharing sessions to engage with students, parents and educators.
- Conduct international outreach and grow strong relationships with key partner schools in Asia, visiting overseas high schools to give talks, participate in school fairs, and network with educators and principals. Overseas travel is a necessary component of the role.
- Support the Undergraduate Admissions team's selection and admissions processes during the applications season, including shortlisting applicants, managing applications and addressing applicants queries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline, with 6 to 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the local and international higher education and university admissions landscape, with demonstrated experience in higher education marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, including developing social media strategy, content generation, campaign management and analytics reporting.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write succinct and engaging copy and vary writing styles across different audiences and platforms, both online and offline.
- Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to present to very different audiences across a range of events.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities.
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings when required for events and interviews.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a requirement for this role, to conduct international outreach to China.
