Assist in formulating business strategies, product policies, marketing plans and drive the digital development of retail business
Assist in the overall management of sub-branch outlets, ensure business compliance and improve retail customers service experience
Expand market share, increase retail business income contribution and promote retail business development.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a Degree (Banking, Finance or related area)
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a Personal Banking management role
Possess enterprising spirit, strong business development ability and compliance awareness
Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office.
