Lead and execute the regional Cardiovascular Systems business strategy to achieve sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
Develop short-and long-term business plans for the Cardiovascular Systems portfolio, aligned with divisional and regional objectives.
Prepare and review Cardiovascular Systems-related inputs for annual budgets and mid-term plans.
Analyze sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and cost structure to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Define, review, and approve Cardiovascular Systems sales strategies, pricing approaches, and key account plans to achieve targets.
Coordinate with Japan HQ, including manufacturing, R&D, and product management teams, to ensure timely delivery, product readiness, and market alignment.
Act as the escalation point for major Cardiovascular Systems customer issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with sales and service teams.
Provide structured feedback to Japan HQ on Cardiovascular Systems product performance, clinical needs, competitive landscape, and service requirements.
Lead Cardiovascular Systems focused marketing activities, including KOL engagement, clinical education programs, workshops, and society activities, to strengthen brand presence.
Support regulatory compliance and ensure Cardiovascular Systems business operations adhere to local regulatory and commercial requirements.
Manage and develop Cardiovascular Systems distributors, including evaluation, capability building, performance management, and new distributor qualification where required.
Work closely with service teams to increase service attachment rates, uptime, and customer satisfaction for Cardiovascular Systems.
Job Responsibilities:-
Minimum 10 years experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong experience in Cardiovascular Systems, Imaging, or Interventional businesses
Proven track record in regional sales management, distributor management, and market development
Experience working with Japan HQ or global matrix organizations is preferred
