Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager to oversee business operations and drive sales performance.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Responsibilities

Manage overall business operations and enhance sales performance of the Singapore office.
Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses.
Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvement actions.
Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
Ensure effective coordination among team members for seamless operations.
Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives aimed at improving profitability.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and relevant policies.
Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong background in sales and business management.
Experience in the generic drug business is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
