Job Summary
Support the development and execution of the company's overseas business strategies,with a focus on market expansion, project development, and partnership management. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and ensure successful delivery of international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the formulation of the company's mid-to long-term overseas business development strategy, annual business plans, and market expansion strategies.
- Conduct research on environmental policies, market trends, and competitive landscapes in key overseas regions to support strategic decision-making.
- Support in the development, negotiation, bidding, and contract execution of overseas projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry associations,strategic clients, business partners, and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement risk management framework for overseas projects, addressing political, legal,foreign exchange, and contractual risks.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess management experience gained in large environmental engineering enterprises or international engineering companies.
- Proficient in international business negotiations, investment and financing models, and cooperation models such as EPC, F, and BOT.
- Possesses strong leadership, strategic thinking, risk awareness, and resource integration capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin. (This role requires regular communication with HQ and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.)
