Deputy Finance Manager - SGX-Listed Company

Overview:

Our client, an SGX-listed company, is seeking a Deputy Finance Manager to support group-level financial reporting and consolidation activities. This position is ideal for a finance professional with solid hands-on experience in accounting and reporting across multiple entities within a listed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities for the group and its subsidiaries.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements.

Prepare or review consolidation schedules, intercompany reconciliations, and journal entries.

Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and SGX reporting requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities during audits and statutory filings.

Support management in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities.

Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and strengthening of internal controls.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).

Minimum 57 years of accounting experience, with exposure to group consolidation and financial reporting.

Experience in a Singapore-listed company or large group environment preferred.

Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Meticulous, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
