Job Description:
Strategy & Business Management
- Develop financial strategies and plans aligned with Board directives
- Assess investment opportunities and analyze ROI for new initiatives
Finance & Treasury Management
- Support treasury operations, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Optimize fund utilization and liaise with banks, tax consultants, and legal advisors
- Oversee budgeting, investment appraisal, and capital expenditure reviews
- Ensure tax efficiency and compliance with taxation laws
- Maintain strong liquidity and healthy cash flow
Financial Reporting
- Review financial performance (earnings, profits, cash flow, taxation)
- Consolidate and interpret financial reports for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements (e.g. SGX)
Organizational & Governance Management
- Align processes with business objectives and strengthen internal controls
- Develop and oversee execution of business plans
- Support audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance with standards
- Drive improvements based on audit findings and organizational needs
- Oversee key systems (finance, HR, ICT, project management, etc.)
Workplace & Leadership
- Conduct internal audits to ensure budget and accounting compliance
- Communicate effectively and collaborate across departments
- Lead with strong interpersonal awareness and decision-making objectivity
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, preferably with Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Finance or a Certified Public Account (CPA) with strong accounting and finance background.
- At least fifteen (15) years relevant experience in financial planning in a similar capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
- Strong financial competence
- Excellent commercial and business experience

- Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Working Location: Benoi Lane
