Job Description

Strategic Leadership
. Formulate and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization's vision and core values.
. Identify and pursue new avenues for growth, innovation, and community impact.
. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to provide insights, updates, and recommendations on strategic goals and performance.

Operational & Financial Management
. Supervise overall operations across departments to ensure efficient program and service delivery.
. Oversee financial stewardship through effective planning, budgeting, and transparent reporting.
. Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance to uphold strong governance.

Stakeholder Relations & Resource Development
. Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors, agencies, partners, and key community stakeholders.
. Represent the organization at public engagements, professional networks, and official events.
. Drive fundraising strategies, partnership development, and grant pursuits to ensure long-term financial resilience.

People Leadership & Organizational Culture
. Lead, mentor, and empower a committed, high-performing team to achieve shared goals.
. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture focused on empathy, teamwork, and service excellence.
. Model integrity, professionalism, and ethical leadership in all aspects of the organization's work.

Requirements

. Minimum of 10 years proven experience in senior leadership, ideally within the social service, non-profit, or healthcare sector.
. Strong capability in strategic development and implementation, coupled with a genuine commitment to community impact.
. Established expertise in organizational oversight, resource development, and stakeholder engagement.
. Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline a Master's degree will be advantageous.
. Good understanding of Singapore's social service ecosystem, policies, and regulatory framework is preferred.
