Job Description

As a key leader in the TACs (Trade Association Chambers) & Business Networks team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Singapore's business ecosystem, curating multi-year engagement strategies, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving sector-wide transformation.

You will lead initiatives to strengthen Singapore's TAC ecosystem by forging strategic partnerships, building sector-wide capabilities, and driving transformation through flagship programmes such as the Digitalisation of TACs Programme, TAC Leadership Visits, SBF-SID Leadership Programme for TAC Councils, TAC Advanced Programme for Exceptional Leaders, and TAC Aspiring Leaders Programme to uplift governance, leadership, and operational excellence across the sector.

In addition to leading TAC-focused initiatives, you will work closely across One WDD to identify collaboration opportunities that amplify impact. This includes co-developing quick-win pilots on capability development and driving the cross-selling of G2B programmes by leveraging TACs as effective conduits and channel partners. Your role will be instrumental in aligning efforts across teams, ensuring that TACs are not only beneficiaries but also active enablers of enterprise transformation and outreach.

You will also support the One Workforce Development Division (WDD) Planning functions, including strategic planning for divisional workplans, performance and KPIs monitoring, and business insights. You will ensure programme-level alignment with SBF2030 priorities and contribute to cross-team integration across WDD portfolios. You will co-develop and deliver quick-win pilots and flagship programmes with the SBF Business Institute (SBI), including governance, trade, and leadership modules. You bring a driven, high-energy mindset, are articulate, and possess the ability to conceptualise and unpack complex ideas into practical programme design. You have experience in business development, with the ability to translate engagement insights into strategic recommendations and support fundraising efforts for SBF business networks. Familiarity with government funding schemes for business and workforce grants and TACs will be essential to shaping relevant and impactful initiatives.
