You will help shape marketing direction, manage execution across multiple channels, and ensure brand consistency and stakeholder alignment across projects.

What You Will Be Working On

You will oversee both marketing communications and events to support JTC's business and precinct objectives. Your work will involve shaping marketing strategy, leading the team to deliver multi-channel campaigns, and execute signature events that raise awareness, drive stakeholder engagement, and bring JTC's developments to life.

Marketing & Campaign Development

  • Develop marketing plans and messaging to support estate launches and sector initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign roll-outs across web, social media, digital platforms, on-ground activations, and stakeholder channels.
  • Guide content development such as key visuals, campaign narratives, digital assets, and collaterals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with JTC's positioning and strategic priorities.

Events Planning & Management

  • Lead the end-to-end planning of corporate events, exhibitions, and business showcases.
  • Oversee programme design, event branding, layout, flow, audience experience, and vendor management.
  • Manage event resourcing, budgets, procurement, and operational planning from ideation to post-event reporting.
  • Ensure timely execution with proper governance, safety, and stakeholder alignment.

Cross-Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. development, planning, tenant engagement, sector teams) to translate business needs into marketing and event actions.
  • Engage senior management for alignment on positioning, messaging, event objectives, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate with agencies, partners, tenants, community groups, and service providers to support collaborations and content.
  • Consolidate feedback and ensure smooth communications across all parties involved.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign outcomes and event effectiveness through data, feedback, and on-ground insights.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Introduce better processes, templates, and ways of working for more efficient delivery.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide guidance to officers and executives on project planning, stakeholder management, and execution standards.
  • Build internal capability through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and structured workflows.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills in marketing communications and events.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns or events involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Resourceful, organised, able to manage multiple workstreams, and comfortable with tight timelines.
  • Experience in marketing, events, stakeholder management, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
  • Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and driving cross-department collaboration is beneficial.
