Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as an HR Policy Specialist, where your insights will shape impactful HR policies and foster effective communication throughout the organization. Bring your expertise to ensure clarity and alignment in our HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the comprehensive review of HR policies and procedures across various HR functions. Partner with HR teams to implement new and updated policies and procedures effectively. Lead engagement initiatives with stakeholders and staff to assess proposed changes. Oversee an effective communication strategy for policy and procedure updates, including a change management plan. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to policies based on effectiveness and business impact. Ensure consistency and clarity in communication, including the preparation of circulars, emails, and staff engagement sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR, focusing on policy formulation and communications. Proven experience in leading organization-wide communication efforts, particularly in simplifying complex policies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting senior-level briefs and staff communications.
