Deputy Director, Data Analytics & IT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Regional's data analytics and IT systems functions for restaurant operations.
• Develop and manage centralized business intelligence dashboards and operational reporting systems.
• Analyze large sets of operational, sales, manpower, and customer data to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve workflow automation and data integration.
• Manage POS systems, ERP integrations, CRM systems, inventory systems, and internal reporting tools across multiple outlets.
• Support digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies within restaurant operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, system stability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational continuity.
• Coordinate with external vendors, software providers, and regional stakeholders on IT-related projects and system enhancements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal data and IT support teams.
• Support regional alignment of reporting standards and operational systems between Singapore and overseas business units.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, IT systems management, or digital operations.
• Experience in the F&B, restaurant chain, or hospitality industry will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational reporting, business intelligence tools, POS systems, ERP systems, and database management.
• Experience in cross-border or regional business operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple business functions simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to support communication with regional stakeholders and overseas business units.
