This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and driving a comprehensive communications agenda that supports organisational priorities, stakeholder trust, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies spanning public, stakeholder, and internal audiences
- Provide senior-level communications counsel, including executive messaging, speeches, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- Safeguard and strengthen organisational reputation through proactive messaging and narrative stewardship
- Lead crisis and issues communications, ensuring preparedness, alignment, and calm execution during sensitive situations
- Design and lead engagement strategies that mobilise communities, partners, and stakeholders toward shared outcomes
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support engagement, alignment, and organisational change
- Lead digital and content strategies across web, social, and owned platforms to maximise reach and engagement
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 12 years of communications experience in public sectors
- Proven experience in strategic communications planning, media relations, crisis management, and executive communications
- Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare landscape will be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
