This role involves patient service, physician support and managing a group of clinic assistants. You are the go-to person for the clinic and will be expected to lead a small team to deliver exceptional patient experience at Bridgepoint Clinics.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
- Supervise and schedule clinic staff (doctors, nurses, assistants).
- Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback/complaints.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic SOPs.
- Oversee procurement, stock, and claims submission.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and clinic performance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
The Person
- Able to work shifts and on weekends, evenings and Public Holidays. Split shifts may be needed.
- Cross deployment to neighboring clinics on an as-needed basis.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in operations. Preferably with experience managing teams.
- Minimum GCE O Levels.
