Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
Drive IT security strategy plans in the region, which include planning and delivering of medium to long term strategic investment, profit forecasts and budgeting.
Develop and enhance an information security management framework
Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services
Manage and response Security incident in APAC region.
Lead the regional security policy management in APAC to keep the enough level as NTTDATA headquarter requires.
Lead the regional security measure management in APAC to keep the enough level as NTTDATA headquarter requires.
Manage and maintain current APAC Security systems
Support IT security business in APAC, utilizing current APAC Security system knowhows and collaborating with NTTDATA headquarter
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field (master degree is a plus)
At least 5-7 years of experience in IT security system development.
At least 5-7 years of experience in IT security system maintenance.
At least 5-7 years of security solutions offering experience.
Fundamental understanding in IT security and security technology solutions, IT security trends
Critical thinking skills to get into the point and focus on impactful initiatives
Strong leadership skills to influence and direct stakeholders
Communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Japanese proficiency in both speaking and writing to act as client branding touch point for Japanese clients in APAC
