Job Description

Brief Summary

This role focuses on providing expert legal advice in telecommunications, media, and data protection, while collaborating with various stakeholders to shape regulatory frameworks and policies. Bring your legal acumen to a dynamic environment where your expertise will guide corporate development.

Responsibilities

Advise on policy and regulatory affairs related to telecommunications, media, and data protection, encompassing administrative law and compliance. Draft contracts and provide guidance on a broad spectrum of issues tied to corporate and industry development functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policies. Identify potential legal risks and formulate effective risk management strategies and internal governance policies. Advise on contentious issues and oversee litigation management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law. Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore. Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice or corporate in-house settings, particularly within telecommunications, media, ICT, or data protection domains. Preferred experience in litigation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
