[What the role is]
This role is focused on developing a knowledge management and analytics platform that enhances information discovery, and drives data-driven insights on supervisory effectiveness.[What you will be working on]
Design, develop and manage an AI-enabled knowledge management hub that consolidates institutional knowledge, improve information discovery and support staff queries through chatbot and intelligences search functions
Support the automation of supervisory effectiveness data collection from line supervisory departments, transformation of collected data into meaningful dashboards, reports and visual insights to support monitoring of risk-based supervision effectiveness
[What we are looking for]
Design the overall framework for creating, organising, maintaining and retrieving institutional knowledge, including policies and procedures, FAQs, guidance notes, past cases and decision records
Work with TG to build a platform that supports intelligent search, chatbot-based queries, document summarisation and recommendation of relevant materials
Able to structure and maintain living documents with clear taxonomy and version control
Knowledge of how AI systems ingest and retrieve structured content
