Job Responsibilities
Contract, Licensing, Welfare & Benefits
- Issue employee passes and process replacements for lost or damaged passes.
- Monitor and coordinate renewals of driving licences, work permits, employment passes, and vocational licences.
- Monitor Bus Captains (BCs) due for contract renewal.
- Process cancellation of work permits and employment passes, and withdrawal of vocational licences for non-local employees upon cessation of employment.
- Monitor employees due for retirement and process retirement cases on optional or medical grounds for approval.
- Handle resignation and termination cases, including exit clearance and administration.
- Prepare and issue employment certification letters when required.
- Assist in organizing monthly or quarterly orientation programmes for employees.
- Coordinate welfare support arrangements, including complimentary transport and bereavement wreaths for employees immediate family members.
Board of Inquiry (BOI) Administration
- Upon approval from the Head Depot to convene a Board of Inquiry, coordinate the appointment of the BOI Chairman and panel members, including the Union representative, and facilitate the inquiry proceedings.
Union Appeals & CPS Administration
- Coordinate and arrange appeal sessions with the Union.
- Inform Interchange Managers of appeal dates and venues.
- Update employee records with relevant disciplinary information for appeals.
- Record appeal outcomes and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for follow-up actions.
- Maintain and administer the CPS system.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources or administration.
- Possess at least a GCE A Level Certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- IHRP certification will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
