About the Role

We are hiring a Deployment Strategist to join a fast-growing AI company helping large enterprises deploy AI agents into real-world production environments.

This is a client-facing role sitting between business strategy, technology and delivery. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, identify where AI can create meaningful impact, and take those opportunities from initial discovery through to implementation and adoption.

This is not a traditional consulting or pure strategy role. You will stay closely involved throughout the deployment and work alongside customer stakeholders, engineers and product teams to make sure solutions are successfully delivered and adopted.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify high-impact AI use cases
• Own customer engagements from initial discovery and scoping through to deployment and adoption
• Translate business requirements into clear plans that technical and product teams can execute against
• Work closely with engineering and product teams throughout the implementation process
• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies and key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Measure the impact and adoption of deployed solutions against customer objectives
• Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments into other teams and business areas
• Provide customer and market feedback to internal product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, product strategy, enterprise technology or a similar client-facing role
• Strong experience managing complex projects or customer engagements from start to finish
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders within large organisations
• Strong problem-solving, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Good technical understanding of areas such as AI, SaaS, cloud, data, automation or enterprise software
• Comfortable working closely with software engineers and technical teams
• Able to take complex or ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable plans
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a high level of ownership

• Background with a top-tier strategy or technology consulting firm
• Experience working with AI or GenAI transformation programmes
• Experience within a high-growth technology company or startup
• Product, implementation or technical delivery experience
• Experience deploying technology solutions within large or regulated enterprises
• Understanding of enterprise AI agents, LLMs and related technologies
